01The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Supasprinkles, the company behind gija. By creating a workspace, joining the early-access list or using the demo, you accept them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to do so.
02The service
gija is an operations platform that observes how work happens across your connected tools, detects drift and corrects it, with you in the loop. It is currently in early access: the demo workspace is open to everyone, customer workspaces are onboarded from the queue, and features ship and change quickly. The changelog is the honest record of what exists today.
03Your account
Keep your account information accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so use the access controls: scopes, autonomy levels and approval gates exist precisely so you can delegate without losing control.
04Acceptable use
Use gija on operations you are authorized to manage. That means:
- Only connect tools and data you have the right to connect.
- No unlawful use, and no using the platform to harm others.
- No probing, disrupting or reverse-engineering the service.
- No reselling or white-labelling without a written agreement with us.
05Your data
Your operational data is yours. You grant us a license to process it solely to provide the service: building your genome, detecting drift and running the corrections you allow. You can export it in open formats at any time. How we handle it, protect it and delete it is covered in the privacy policy.
06Agents and approvals
Agents act inside the boundaries you set: the scopes you grant, the autonomy levels you choose and the playbooks you approve. Anything irreversible, customer-facing or outside a guardrail waits for a human decision.
That makes the responsibility model simple: we are responsible for agents staying inside the box you draw; you are responsible for the actions you approve. Every action is recorded in the activity record, and anything reversible can be rolled back in one click.
07Availability and changes
During early access we do not yet offer an uptime guarantee; current and historical availability is published openly on the status page. We may change or retire features as the product matures, and when a change affects how you work, we tell you before it lands.
08Liability
The service is provided as-is during early access. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
09Termination
You can stop using gija and delete your workspace at any time; deletion follows the retention rules. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach of these terms, with notice and a chance to fix it where that is reasonable.
10Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and material changes are announced in the product and by email before they apply. Continuing to use gija after that means you accept the updated terms.
