Approvals, without the tab
Early-access feedback was blunt: the approval gate worked, but living in another tab did not. This build brings the gate to where you already are.
- NewApprovals digest. Every action waiting on you, in one morning email, approve or decline in a click without opening the workspace.
- ImprovedDeviation severity now weighs momentum. A small drift that is accelerating outranks a large one that is stable.
- FixedOperators no longer ping the same Slack thread twice when a deviation is escalated and then corrected in the same pass.

Operators learn from your calls
The autonomy dial set how much an operator could do. Now your decisions shape what it should do.
- NewOutcome memory. When you decline a proposed correction, similar plays surface with lower confidence, and ask first.
- NewZendesk and Intercom join the integration set; support threads now feed the genome alongside tickets and deploys.
- ImprovedThe plain-language activity record groups by workflow, so “what happened to this account” is one scroll, not a search.
- FixedRenewal-date tracking no longer drifts by a day for workspaces west of UTC.
April 30, 2026 v0.8.4
- NewSingle sign-on via Okta and Microsoft Entra lands in early access.
- ImprovedGenome rebuilds after a large integration backfill are dramatically faster.
- FixedDiff views in the light theme no longer wash out on low-contrast displays.

Playbooks open up
Until now every playbook was one we wrote. This build hands you the pen, with the gates still in your hands.
- NewCustom playbooks. Describe a workflow in plain language, mark which steps need a human, and hand it to an operator.
- NewThe autonomy dial. Set each operator to observe, suggest or act, per workflow, changeable any time.
- ImprovedDeviation cards now show the expected flow next to what actually happened, so the gap is legible at a glance.

The genome model lands
The first early-access build. Connect your tools, and Supasprinkles assembles them into one living model of how your operation is meant to run.
- NewThe genome. Tools, workflows and signals compiled into one model that drift is measured against.
- NewDrift detection. Deviations caught at the signal stage and ranked before they compound into failure.
- NewThe first operators. Product Ops, Revenue and Release, each gated behind your approval.
That is the whole history. We launched early access in March 2026.
